I will cry real tears when Netflix goes under and takes my 2 DVD plan with them.

Still love their by-mail service.

Caps will kill HD streaming, unless it's HD streaming from your broadband provider...

Surprised it's taken this long for the stock to tumble.

They have taken a lot of business risks this quarter, and they all failed.

That may just be the first wave. I was trying to time my cancellation with the end of the month, but the charge had already gone through on the 30th. It said cancellations weren't pro-rated, so it made no sense for me to do it then. I'm gone in a few days.

I'm not necessarily trying to make a statement. I just wasn't getting my money's worth the way it was, so this makes dropping Netflix a no brainer.

Reduced mine to streaming and may cancel entirely next month. Selection is abysmal.

No mention of all the people who downgraded? I went from a $24. a month plan to one costing half as much. I'm sure there are a lot of folks like myself who have done the same.

I beat the rush to cancel. Did so a few months ago in anticipation of the price increase, before the snafu began.
