Seems like a good price. I'm still using my 1st Gen Mac Pro 2.66 every day.

The only things that pisses me off is Mr. Steve Jobs decided not to support 1st gen Mac Pros for true 64 bit support.

So the first people that spent $$$$ and quickly embraced the top of the line Intel powered Macs are penalized.

Get some cheap, faster Xeons on eBay, drop 'em in one of those puppies--worth thinking about....

I bought mine back in 2006 and it is still humming along for daily use. I know there are MUCH faster machines out there but this has been the best desktop machine I have ever bought.

If I had a G5 or was looking for a workhorse, I would be all over this.

We've always wanted one the new style Towers because they look so d@mn Cool but our Quad iMac is doing fine for now.
