Since it's the 9th court of appeals, we'll be hearing about 'activist judges' all the way up until the supremes back it up. AND THEY WILL!

BUT, in the mean time, celebrate another victorious battle in the war against hate.

This is exactly the attitude that allowed racial segregation and bans on interracial marriage to continue for so long.
