After the morning walk the cravings started.
Temaki Sushi made with braised thinly tenderloin and fresh kimchi.
It broke da mouth it was so good. You have to get the ratio of Kimchi to steak
just right and you have to be sure you have enough, because you can't eat just one.
A fine hot Sake was a great compliment *(:>*
