I just went into town for a few provisions, when... There it was...
PEPPERMINT BARK!
DAMN YOU, COSTCO!
I'm sooo weak.

I know your shame - I can usually be counted on to purchase half a dozen or so of their one pound boxes of Belgian chocolates this time of year.

Times like these I don't avail myself of a cart, so I am limited to what I can carry. Makes shopping faster and cheaper. Always.

Unfortunately, I would have balanced that tray of Peppermint Bark on my head, if I had to! ...and a helluva lot less fun. Indeed!

Oh, and I've got a trip to Costco I need to take. Feeling weak already.
Must. Have. Peppermint. BARK. That stuff is hard to ration!

I knew you were talking about Peppermint Bark even before I clicked the thread. I have successfully avoided it this year, but after we get back from the Bahamas, and I have to get ready for all my family to be here for Christmas, all bets are off. I succumbed to the siren song of the fruit cake over Thanksgiving, so the PB may be singing that same song next week.
And yes, the Peppermint Bark is worth balancing it on your head, if need be. ![]() Whippet, Whippet Good

The salted caramel bark is also pretty darn good.

I'm a sucker for those archway round nut ball cookies, forget what they're called. I just see the package and grab.
