Do you use an Anti-virus program on your Macs?

I use the free home use version of Sophos AV on my MacBook. That gets the most exposure to Windows viruses, etc. It has managed to catch one of the OS X trojans in the couple years I have had it on the MB, simplified discarding that for me. Beyond that Sophos has cleaned out a number of PC viruses attached to emails or file downloads. My other Mac's do not have it running on them, I may change that if the distribution of Mac malware increases.

Viruses are a Windows problem, why should I bother?

Not on my Macs at home, but yes on the Macs that I manage at work, but mostly to appease my Windows-centric IT dept. Used to use ClamXav, but my IT folks recenetly asked me to test out ESET NOD32, which is what they switched all the Windows boxes to. I originally found it to be more intrusive than ClamXav, doing scans at all hours of the workday, even to the point of bogging down my dual 3ghz Quad-Core Mac Pro. I still have not deployed it to my staff.

For my Mac consulting customers who are overly paranoid, I generally install ClamXav for them.

no. If/when there's ever more than just a handful of malware out there for OSX, I might consider it. But I've never even been tempted to use anything. What's the point?

Yes, same reasons and scenarios as JoeH (Sophos).
