Scrolling in Lion (not the reverse, the BOUNCING)

scrolling direction has been changed back to the old style, but any way to disable this bounging? I need to dig a little further to see who I fix this

In system pref, Universal Access > Mouse & Trackpad > Trackpad Options > Scrolling check box (without intertia)

So I can't have the inertial scrolling with no bouncing? Both or neither?
