Favorite "sweet" Liqueur?
#1
I got the urge for some peppermint Schnapps in hot chocolate the other day, and used the last little bit of a bottle I've probably had for at least 10 years... motivated to fill out that end of my little 'collection."
I picked up some Rumpleminze-- great stuff. Also some of this that I sampled in a bar recently:
(tastes about 20 times better than it sounds); got the Bailey's and Kahlua too.
What's missing? Any special tastes/ hot tips here?

In the schnapps department -> Ullr is a peppermint cinnamon variety I like.

In the hot beverage department: Coffee + Baileys + Tuaca

My late father-in-law's Wilde Weichsel Schnapps. (Wild Cherry LIquer). He made it himself from wild cherry trees on his property, and with his still. I probably have two bottles left.

Commercial stuff ? BarenJager. Sweet honey, baby.

Good ones already mentioned so I'll just add:
Limoncello (very tasty added to hot tea!)
Whipped Cream flavored Vodka (delicious in cold and hot sweet drinks)
