Another company with great cs

We had an 10 year old pepper mill that broke. I went to their site looking for parts, which the sell.
Instead they sent a whole new mill for nada.
The mill lists today for $22, About $15 in a store.
I probably paid $10 originally.
YMMD, but Every bit as good cs as Kensington.
And way better than Roku.

Kensington support is not very good, IMHO. As I posted here a while back, I bought a product, was on a trip, it turned out to be DOA. Since it was DOA, they expected me to return it to the B&M store I bought it from... which was about 1500 miles away.
