I fully welcome the opportunity to compare presidential intelligence levels and public speaking prowess (or lack therof on both points). Bush was, without qualifier, the worst president in our lifetime, and it is not even close.

After almost 4 years, there are maybe 2 verbal screw-ups by Obama - corps and 57 states, yet these are constantly brought up. Bush had more than that before breakfast on his first day in office.
