What a snitty company. Sorry Kap. I have gotten rid of Malware before with Malwarebytes... There is a bunch of other things I do before resorting to creating a new account. I usually have a "backup account" that is "clean" and use that account to clean the other account. I also use a startup CD with malware/trojan/spyware removers on it.

Hi folks. Sorry to dig this thread up but a friend of mine gave away her email password to these crooks recently and had her browsers taken over too. I've been doing some research.
