Why not a new name for small iPad

it's a naming convention that they use (or have used in the past) in other products, so they're staying consistent.

It's obvious...Tim was right to name the smaller iPad the "iPad mini." However, while he was doing that, he should've changed the name of the 4th generation iPad to "MaxiPad." Done.
