I'm looking for IIRC, an Underwood in a case. A portable, I guess. :-)

Can't re-ink the old one ? I did that with my son's portable.. repaired the ribbon with a new eyelet and found some ink that worked someplace... don't remember where. He was pretty happy.
One of these days he'll stop being fascinated with it and I'll steal it from him.

Tom Wolfe was just on NPR and said he started using a computer because he had trouble finding ribbons and parts for his typewriter.
