I have one of those brochures in a box in my parents' basement.

I think I got it with my Apple IIe or IIc.

That's my favorite as well, and it too was posted in our Modcomp computer room, along with blinkenlights:

There was another poster above the terminals, showing a frustrated skeleton sprawled over a teletype, but I can't find an online reference to it.

As far as the Dream Dorm goes, at some point or another, I had all of it, except for the helicopter, the robot chef, and real sharks in the moat.

IIRC, "Life in Hell" was only retired within the last couple of years.
