I don't like the fact that after entering the passcode you have to press "ok". If I recall correctly under iOS 6 as soon as you enter the passcode it would immediately go to the home page, or am I missing something?

On the "Enter Passcode" screen I do not see an "ok" button. I press 4 digits and it automatically unlocks the phone.

When I use a simple passcode (4 charcs) there's no OK required. When I disable Simple Passcode there's an obfuscated entry box with an "OK" area (not really a button) next to this box. This means there's now one additional action to login. Not happy!

a longer passcode

I wish I could actually reaad the links in my notes. But now they are yellow and hard to see. Bold, large text, enhanced contrast do not help.
I wish I could see the buttons on the phone keypad and the other features. It is really hard for me to read - impossible for those with vision issues. Apple missed the accessibility mark here. And they were so good about it.

Let me configure my own color schemes, thank you. Clearly Sir Ive have better vision than I do.

I upgraded my iPad 4 and I wish I could go back to iOS 6.
The iPad now looks like a Samsung Android device with all it's pastel colors. Meh!

I have a few small gripes, but it would be a miracle if I didn't. Overall, I really like it!

Totally agree.
Here's a small gripe: I miss the honkin huge green battery image while it charges. LOL

Double the number used in Simple, i.e. 8 charcs, and only numeric, just enough to thwart basic brute force attack.

Doesn't the iPhone lock up after a certain number of incorrect passcode attempts? A manual brute force attack on an iPhone where someone is sitting there punching in codes seems VERY difficult. I don't mean to be argumentative, just curious if an 8 digit passcode is really necessary.
