I would need to look at the computer in person to document components and then call M$ about the license terms. I doubt it has a typical COA. My guess it is the Build 9860 Technical Preview, which will need to be replaced with the final version in six months or less.

Definitely problems with the listed PC. The least of which is the preview version of Win10. A 3 year old CPU, an unspecified video card, the list goes on. Sounds like the person is selling it off to get some cash for his next build, and is looking for an uninformed "mark" to take it off his hands at an inflated price
