Where Do You Read?

No intention of staying there long enough for reading.
I use the "the Dad chair", a recliner in the living room near the big bay
window. I can watch TV, read magazines, watch the 5 bird feeders out
the window, and then complain when said birds poop on my car.
A little ADD? keeps me from reading books, can't commit that long.
Motor Trend, job industry articles and MR Forums are my reading of choice.

same here, definitely not reading books, occasionally a short article from a magazine or something, ~2 pages.

I probably do a large minority of my reading there! I like reading on the porch, I love natural light! Can't read on the bus; I get motion sickness!

I do love my kindle paperwhite. I'll usually read it while laying down on the couch, but it's rare I have the time for that. I don't like to read in bed because I have occasional bouts of insomnia, so I try to restrict my bed activities to sleeping and sex.

So, most books I read I don't actually read. I go through 2 - 3 audiobooks a month, compared to 1 or 2 on the kindle. Today, for example, I did yard work, but most of my attention was taken up by a Jo Nesbo novel. Pulling oxalis was downright riveting.

Unfortunately, iOS sucks when it comes to audiobooks. It has never been very good and iOS 5, 6, and 7 each introduced new bugs/problems without fixing old ones. Some of which actually go back to the iPhone's introduction.

In bed, the recliner, or on the couch.
