Google is now claiming that all the Glass sold out, suspending its sale just after midnight saying that “all the spots had been claimed” — though that means little because they never said how many of the $1,500 devices they planned to sell.

Thought about it, could likely have justified the initial expense for several applications.

But Project Ara looks more interesting to our software development team, so I passed.

I wear contacts now and I feel much more free. Why would I pay $1500 for frames on my face again?

I'll start thinking about the Glass when the price drops in half. I'll buy one immediately if it drops to one-quarter of it's current price.
Anything in between, and I'll have to know more about how it actually works, and apps available for it, etc.

I was at a meeting of a word press group a while back and some hotshot from Boston was there who had one. i tried it on and it was sort of interesting for a while, just the newness of being able to say glass, take a picture and have what I was already looking at appear in the little viewer. The interest didn't last long tho.
