Tramontina Cookware at Costco

little pricey for me. i'm not really much more than a water boiler. the display at Costco was in progress so the price on the saucepan wasn't posted yet.

Tramontina Tri-Ply Clad is made either in China or Brazil.

I've seen that pot at Home Goods at $25 or $30. I agree, though, that it is much more cost-effective to purchase a set than individual pieces. OTOH, All-Clad would gladly charge you $150 for what is essentially the same pot.

I did reference the MultiClad Pro product line in my first post to the thread. Did you not see that?

yes that's how I figured to look up the multiclad pro line. the cuisinart I had looked at amazon before was from their chefs classic line which is only bottom clad like costco's tramontina.

Home Goods always has a TON of Cuisinart's Chef's Classic pieces in stock. Maybe the way to go if you have one nearby.

thanks. never heard of it before but apparently there's one near the Costco i visited today and one opening about the same distance away south of me in october. i bet the new one is bound to have some grand opening specials!
