A few ground rules:
1. Straight picks (so super simple even I can do it), no confidence points Most people seem to prefer this from my informal polling, griping, and how poorly I do on confidence setting. The person that picks the most correctly, wins the right to brag.
2. Pick a witty and funny bracket name. No bracket names that are not safe for work that include vulgarity or something that would get someone in trouble with HR.
3. I may add arbitrarily because I am the one that set it up. I reserve the right to change my mind on a whim but I usually don't unless there is a huge problem.
4. Any failure to comply with the rules can result in your bracket being thrown out.
