In NY1's coverage, it sounded like he didn't get into the main floor, but got stopped on the steps down from the street. In other edifying local news, a Chelsea dentist was arrested for passing a flash drive of child porn to an undercover FBI agent. He is also accused of providing free dental care to a drug dealer in exchange for methamphetamine.

It's the second creepy-Chelsea-dentist story that I know of. The first was probably 35 years ago and involved laughing gas and groping.
