During the game the wife commented about the lack of Budweiser commercials. It all made sense in the end where Bud spent their advertising dollars when Manning says he's going to (paraphrasing) hug his family, kiss his wife and "drink a lot of Budweiser tonight". BUT....
Apparently he DID NOT get paid (in the traditional sense) for this apparent advertising. It's illegal for players to advertise for an alcoholic drink on field/during the game. So in Denver, CO, the land of plaid wearing, mountain biking, hipster beard micro breweries. Peyton actually does drink Bud. Who needs all that froo froo flavored beer anyway
Peyton owns two Budweiser distributors in Louisiana, so that could be an angle.
But I'm willing to bet he just likes Bud. As do I.
