Any Suggestions for 3-4 foor LED shop light?
#1
Last shop lights I put in were the T-25 fluorescent and they light very well, almost too well.

Looking to put a small shop light over a corner in my garage. Has the LED wave hit shop lights yet? Any success stories?

They are available but somewhat expensive at 2-3x the cost of a fluorescent shoplight.

Lowes has the Utilitech brand (their own brand). I have two of them in my garage.
Plenty bright, think they were in the $40 range.

Costco. I bought one a few months ago. It works great in the cold so far.

Yes, but when they light at 0F, florescents pale in comparison. Confusedmiley-laughing001:

I just bought four of the LED fixtures from Costco on the $25 special. They use 40W each. Love them so far. I replaced three, two-bulb fluorescent fixtures (80W each). I now have much more light in the garage and I am using 25% less energy. Instant on and no buzzing is another nice feature.
