Breakfast/Lunch, Garlic, Onion, and other foods with strong smell
#1
For those if you who work in an office, interact with colleagues, customers, etc. Do you eat say Humus, or other similar foods that contain Garlic and Onion for breakfast? or if you go to lunch, do you worry about what you eat and how you smell when you return to office? How about before a visit to the dentist, do you dare to eat garlic, onion, etc?

Thanks for your comments.

I'm not in an office type of situation so I'm a bit different.
Usually make extra for dinner, chicken breast variations, etc whatever would be good reheated. That is what i do for lunch. Not having a formal sit down lunch time also means it is usually something that does not turn to mush in a microwave.

This. When I did work at an office, or in my case, a studio/photo lab, I had a kit with toothpaste, brush, mouth wash, pit stop, nail file and scissors. Sometimes it was also used for a meeting after work, usually at a bar!

I never eat that stuff for breakfast, and avoid it for lunch.

I find abhorrent the concept of the “everything” bagel for breakfast. Or any time, really...if God had wanted us to eat that he’d have made an “everything” tree or shrub from which to pick it.

The only sound solution is to buy garliced stuff for everyone else, too. Then, no excuses needed.

Bring Kimchi and sardines in for lunch.

It's nice to share.

If it tastes good I go for it. The only time i'm careful about what i am eating is when I go dancing. And when i go salsa dancing, the person who runs the dance often has guacamole and chips handy, and I say hell with it. My partners are partaking and if i can put up with their breath they can put up with mine.
