I left that sh!t behind when I dropped them for DTV.

What sort of internet speed does DTV give you?
We shall rest our case, GGD. Except the next time a cable service topic comes up. I don't need nary stinking cable, dish, nor any other kind of TV. But, internet? MUST have. And, I have no other choice but KomKast, Southern Sektor.

yeap, I searched in their FAQ and found that link.

but, the data usage meter is no longer displayed on your account page when you log in, you have to search for it.

After I found that link, the look/layout of the web page changed and yes, I was able to go back and forth to my account, and the data usage link was there.

But when I went back to my other tab, the first one, that no longer worked.

I hate this company.

I have never had the usage meter work for me in my account either. But a while back I installed the iOS app, and the usage shows up in that. I use it to keep tabs on how much we're using. May want to give it a try.

Ditto -- there's no choice here, either, except a startup (e.g., Fidelity) or two, who are not reliable enough for home use, let alone home-based business. So I just grin and bear it.

And Comcast just raised my unlimited cap fee from $35 to $50, because they said "if [we're] raising the bandwidth cap from 300GB to 1TB, then it's a logical step". Okay, whatever. You know I can't jump ship.

There is word that AT&T is setting up a fiber network in my region, so there's hope.

Disney got the rights to broadcast this weekend's Raiders-Texans playoff game for $100 million, who do you think is going to pay for it?

I think my 2 year special ends in February, plus I notice my bill went up a few bucks this month. I am dreading the customer retention phone dance but I guess I'll have to do it sooner than later.

May give them a call next week.
