Going a little off topic...
I'm a photographer who covers this kind of stuff and as a photographer I just have to say when shooting post-game scrums it would be a lot easier to get pictures if the photographers would just back the :censor: up--just a little bit. Price, what do you think?

I was on the field at the end of four Super Bowls, and yeah.

About the photographers...
I've seen it many times when they are aiming "blindly" without using the viewfinder. But I especially noticed it tonight and wondered how random those shots were going to be. I know I fail miserably when I try to wing it like that on something much less important. Is it lots of practice? A wide angle lens? Dumb luck? All of the above?

Practice.
I've gotten some great shots from the hip. Not a lot, some.

That 3rd and 1 the Falcons had that resulted in the fumble was boneheaded. RUN THE BALL. They have Freeman, RUN THE BALL.

Ugh Even if Freeman got stopped for the 1 yard first down, they could have punted and even if the Pats scored, would have had to use more time on the clock. Falcons fumble and give the ball on about the 25. WHAT THE HECK? RUN THE BALL. Freeman is a top 5 RB in the NFL. RUN THE BALL. |
