Richard Hatch, who originated the role of Battlestar Galactica‘s Apollo in the late seventies, died on Tuesday after a battle with pancreatic cancer. He was 71.

This one really hurts Sad BSG was my childhood, I dressed up as Captain Apollo in 1980 for halloween, my Mom made my costume.

Doubly so horrible with Axanar and all the troubles it's had.
