Surrender, Live, Cheap Trick at Budokan.

Man, in the late 70's, I ruled!! Young, with my adult life just barely getting started, that song was being played constantly and I was firing on all cylinders. When that song comes on, I always think back to those glory days.

Honorable mention would have to go to the Doobie Brothers, Black Water. We had a jukebox in our high school cafeteria, and no matter what time of day you passed that area, Black Water was playing. Loud.

I will not click on any "earworm" links.

Not many from the radio come to mind, but "Can't take that away from me" sung by my date as we danced in the middle of a country bridge on a cold night—with shooting stars no less—does it for me every time.
