Reversing yet another Obama era regulation, the Trump administration quietly ended a ban on importing elephant trophies. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Services reversed the ban at the start of this month, with the agency now expected to approve requests to bring body parts of African Elephants from Zimbabwe to the U.S.
Only three months ago, Trump claimed to be disgusted by trophy hunting and he would not consider reversing the ban.
Something changed his mind though, That this will allow trophy hunters like both of Trumps eldest sons to bring back parts of the animals they kill.
Surely that is coincidental
