You're talking about Trump voters and fence-sitters, neither of which have much reasoning power.
If Stormy Daniels' tale had come out in October 2016, would it have tipped the election?

What's going to keep him from getting re-elected? Hint: it's not going to be a scandal.

Eh, even if Hillary would have won, she would have had a republican house and senate. We'd be just as divided. I have some hope that the nation will eventually appreciate the true shamelessness of the people currently in power and restore 'integrity' as an important trait for public office.

With as close as the election was (in a functional/outcome sense), yeah, I definitely think it could have tipped the election. As I recall, Nate Silver (or someone pretty smart like that) calculated/opined that the Comey announcement probably skewed the vote by a percent or more. I think a story like the Stormy Daniels plus payoff thing could have easily tipped things back a percent or so.

I wish I thought it would, but it seems that the people who voted for Trump don't care now so why would they care then?

...and we wouldn't have given the fiscal farm away to rich folks, or kneecapped Obamacare, and the Supreme court would still be 4-4, at worst.
And the discussion among the chattering class would still be over emails.
