I have a 4 bay external TB2 case and love it - this is a very good pairing - congrats OWC!

"OWC, the company that’s well-known for its focus on Mac-centric storage, connectivity, software and expansion solutions,..."
No mention of OWC's awesome MacResource forum? Bastiches.

They couldn't get past the registration brick wall because they didn't know any of us personally to get a recommendation?

Other World Computing (OWC), founded by Larry O’Connor when he was 14 years old in 1988…

Never knew this before… quite a story behind that, one would imagine!

Glad to see it happen. Just bought a TB3 case for the MBP repurpose project following a sad farewell to the old Mac Pro, both RAID and the case work flawlessly. Should've made the upgrade much sooner!

That was just a few years before he gambled heavily in 256 KB level 2 caches for the PowerMac 6100 series causing the company to nearly founder. devil

I have a TB2 Akitio dock; seems like a good product, although I don’t use it often.

You know I always wanted to get that, but by the time came when I could afford one it was no longer useful.

I have one that OWC made into a Christmas ornament.

… the 6100 here had a crazy collection of NuBus cards installed - could've had one of those 256kb cache cards in there at some point, too.

(And lest we forget… RamDoubler - LOL!)
