NeverTrumpers
And they have even more anti-Trump views many moderates would embrace. The "rule of law" aspect is only one part of "Defending Democracy." The About page shows the principals: https://www.defendingdemocracytogether.org/about-us/ Bill Kristol, Christine Whitman etc

Bill Kristol - if I inadvertently drove past him in an opposite lane, I'd head to the nearest car wash.

Oh to be sure. The list no doubt advocates for most of the same stuff Trump does but that can't truck his style. That and the marquee features of Trumpism such as the Wall send them into a tizzy characterizing him as *wholly different* than themselves, never mind all the policy glue that binds them together and brought them here.
But if there's one thing that gives me hope, it's that they're trying to change (uh, or correct?) their party from within, and that's something Democrats should try sometimes as well. It's too bad more of them aren't Republicans in actual power to do so.

Their ad is not about ‘style’ - it’s literally talking anti-corruption. That didn’t used to be considered a partisan view in America.
I have plenty of friends who take more moderate views but hate The Idiot. They held their noses when voting in 2016. I hope the Dems nominate someone they would prefer to hold their noses to and vote than four more years of The Idiot.

OK, but ...
... if you’re holding your nose to vote, it’s either because the voter hates the person/loves the policy (which could have a whiff of accepting corruption if the ends justify the means) or it could be the opposite. My point is that holding your nose for any reason is a red flag that probably means both the candidate and the voter have serious issues. Oftentimes that gets misconstrued to only vote on a “purity” candidate who can’t win. My position is that purity is a farce and that people taken at face value have merit. Accept the flaws but continue to hold them accountable as the peg Is moved forward.
