FOUND: SSD Enclosure for MacBook Air 2013 (looking to buy or to borrow)
#1
EDIT: I bought one from OWC (in fact from Amazon, faster delivery, NIB, but OWC brand)

before I pay $70-80 to buy an open box or used envoy enclosure from our sponsor, which I will use only once and then probably never use it again, I thought that I would check if anyone here was one for loan, rent or sale.

Or if you could loan me one, I will return it full, I mean I can leave the 128 SSD inside. No guarantee if it works. I will pay shipping both ways.

It needs to take a 2013 MacBook Air SSD.

ST-I'm pretty sure that SSD has an AHCI interface. It does not have an NVME interface. I"m not sure whether that envoy can read it. OWC could tell you
You need an AHCI-compatible enclosure, but I haven't seen one. It could be that an NVME-compatible enclosure would work, but I don't know.

You could also borrow another 2013-14 MBA or MBP, or even a 2013 Mac Pro and puttee original SSD in there, and copy it via USB/Thunderbolt. Info here: https://beetstech.com/blog/apple-proprie...des#hdr-13

Or if you have a classic Mac Pro, it's possible one of these would work: https://www.amazon.com/StarTech-com-PEX4...3?dchild=1&keywords=AHCI&qid=1608092286&sr=8-13

Good luck!
