Thought they were safe on their isolated mountain top but one daughter who cares for a lady’s horses..in contact with lady who tested positive. And the lady has symptoms that won’t go away.
Fingers crossed.

Lots of potential exposure going on here. Far more, far more than at any other time. So far, unless in close contact inside they have all turned out negative. One of my teammates and his wife have been boarding a horse for a neighbor’s daughter. Dad has it and now my whole team is isolating until we get my teammate’s results. He and his wife did have some indoor contact as well as outdoor. But no one else in the neighbor’s family has exhibited symptoms. It’s stressful and inconvenient as hell. The world we live in right now.

So sorry to hear this Suzanne.
I hope your daughter and her family don't have the virus.

Thanks all. A hope for all people they stay away from Covid. My daughters are having their first taste of history and it seems strange to them. I was born in ‘32 and gone thru several history making events but never thought a Pandemic and the Orange One would be on the history list. Seems strange to me also.:oldfogette:

The only fairly safe areas of Cali are in the far north - where practically no one lives.
The farther south you get, the more compacted the population density, and the more likely one is to be exposed to someone who's infected with the virus.
… upgrading to KN95 masks might help a little.
