Apple Watch and stock app syncing

iPhone has current result for Apple stock price. Apple Watch has a different value, not sure from when. I have background updates on. I read a lot of people in the past having trouble syncing with the stock app.

i've never been able to get the watch to update the stocks. stopped trying.
