$24.99 amazon item - I need a penny add on for free shipping (vs. $5.99 - no prime)

So there is a $24.99 item that I see I want on amazon that is eligible for FREE SHIPPING on $25 or more.

Is there a Amazon proper based item that will push me over (that is less than the $5.99 shipping)

I don't see a need for monthly Prime fee for free shipping (yet)

Any suggestions or any good website for situations like this?
