Cosplay looks like hellacious fun.
Granted a couple of decades of youth back, and a decent stipend of time and hobby money, I’d love to take a stab at it. If by chance anyone out there is inspired by these photos to try their hand, even just for Halloween, Bill Duran has for years done excellent instructional videos on cosplay prop building. There are playlists built for begginer, advanced and expert users. Their web site, Punished Props is yet another cornucopia of free blueprint files, informational ebooks and other information. Those are great. We used to go to a lot of WorldCons in the 80s and 90s and it was just called the stage masquerade back then. I did just read that the word cosplay was probably first used at the 1984 WorldCon in LA which we were at but never heard that word. Fun times.

I think about the only cosplay character I could do would be the Red Guardian (Old and fat version)
