$100 off regular price of $150. The
pump feature looks like it would be good for those with basements.
The Shop-Vac® 14 Gallon* 6.0 Peak HP** Wet / Dry Vacuum with built in water pump moves large quantities of water by picking it up and then pumping it to another location. The pump vacuum is the perfect tool to have on hand for an unexpected flooded basement or broken pipe.

Unfortunately those small hose models are useless in my opinion.

Tempted, I have a basement that occasionally floods in bad storms with days of rain. I have an older 14 gallon that has been a champ, but I have to roll it to a laundry sink and bail it to empty. I have had other brands and they were junk.
The filters and bags, attachments are worth the cost

It seems like a good combination of features for the price. It has been discontinued so it could be problematic finding parts in the future.
Lowes has some info on the pump:
• Built-in pump can propel water (up to) 50-ft vertically... at a rate of (up to) 6-gal per minute through a standard garden hose (garden hose not included).
Hose diameter is a tradeoff. The smaller 2-1/2 inch hose will work a little better at sucking up water than a vacuum with the same flow/pressure rating with a 3-1/2 inch hose.

The pump feature is likely worth the $50 by itself. I've had a craftsman wet/dry for years and it has been mostly fine, just a bit too large for what I really need, and sometimes the bottom detaches from the top when I carry it by the handles. Not really annoying enough to replace it though.
