Since having covid my breathing hasn't been the same. I'm trying to hit the treadmill as much as possible to regain but I'm not there yet. The good news is I increase my jogging time every two weeks

Got out 5 times last week. 21 Miles.

The weather is playing head-games with me. Pushing 80 degrees one day, 30 the next.

Started a new trainer led routine on Friday. Good mix of arms and legs but we added some work to strengthen my knees which has been giving me very irregular pain around the patella. Sometimes left, sometimes right. Not bad pain, but notice to be careful.

Had a couple of weeks where I would start the dog walk with a full out run trying to keep up with her at her pace. Amazing how fast a little Pug can go! Started to feel a little pull in my hamstring so have had to stop that. It was good cardio while it lasted! Those walks with the dog are getting me a couple of miles of quick walks every day.

You should go to the gym with Benn!

Still hitting the gym 3x a week. Weight has been stable since the start of the year. Hope to get it trending down again. Goal is to be <190 at year's end.

been walking every weather permitting day.
3mi. drop foot is making it difficult to get beyond the 3
.
going to a previous PT today to see if he has any other thoughts.

I'd really wanted to go to Cinque Terre with a couple of friends after covid.
Foot drop makes that somewhat difficult.

10.3 last week, 16.1 the week before. All walking, all at 7000+ feet of elevation. This week will be a bust most likely because we are traveling.
