Aaron Rodgers Re-signs With Porkers, Now Highest Paid Player in NFL History

Don’t count on the Packers signing any other free agent deals. They are going to have to draft really well to get further than they did this year.

They have some reasonably good young talent but one can't help but wonder if Rodgers considered the conflicting goals of 'Win a Superbowl' and 'Highest paid player'

I am not a fan of Tom Brady in the least. The one thing about him that was incredibly smart was not taking the "highest paid" title and letting the team have added talent around him. As his wife once said after losing to the Giants in a Super Bowl, "He can't throw it to himself!"

Aaron just got $200 million dollars at the tail end of a career. That's how dumb he is.

He's dumb for other reasons that are well known. But not for football.

He'll win the MVP and lose in the playoffs.

...Then again, they probably require a valid vaccine card for interplanetary travel.

Rodgers strikes me as the type of person who says and acts like he doesn’t want people to like him but it drives him crazy that they don’t.

Wouldn't be that tough for him to do something about it. Then again he could buy all the friends he wants with $200m.
