Mostly clear, with a low around -14. North northwest wind around 6 mph becoming light and variable after midnight.

Thursday
Increasing clouds, with a high near 18. Wind chill values as low as -22. Calm wind becoming west northwest 5 to 8 mph in the afternoon.
