I am looking for a website that compares Rx drug prices. I want the cash price without insurance or some fake discount card. The Rx provider can be a corner drug store, mail order, etc. I’m not interested in calling a dozen providers to ask each what they charge.

Don’t know, but purchasing drugs thru free apps like GoodRX have saved me considerable amounts of money on some prescriptions vs going thru my Medicare supplemental drug plan.

GoodRx will give you the actual price you will pay at drugstores near you. I always check them as sometimes they beat my insurance by a longshot, other times it is the opposite. But the price they give on their website or app is accurate and will be what you pay if you use them.

If you want cash price without a discount card across multiple pharmacies, you won’t find a central database. There just isn’t one. A few pharmacies do provide on their own websites their cash prices, Costco being the most notable. The only databases with multiple pharmacies that exist are for use with discount cards (goodrx, etc).
Even the cash price (no discount card of any kind) isn’t really a thing for all drugs. Kroger and Walmart for example will run “cash” claims through their discount card if it can. If you have multiple drugs, it’s much much better to pick a pharmacy and stay there even if the prices may not be lowest for each drug. By using one pharmacy, you are optimizing health outcomes by generally preventing interactions and other issues that could be hidden in or exacerbated by pharmacy shopping.
That said, typically grocery-based pharmacies will be lowest cash cost, and chain pharmacies highest. Independents can wildly vary. Mail order (your express scripts and the like) may be available without insurance, but may be limited on drugs available, and probably are using a discount card though you may not see it.

GoodRx app downloaded and checked. I like that it gives the price I will pay. I just got two new Rx’s (prostate; getting old is no fun but it does beat the alternative). It didn’t save me any on the two new drugs but does list a coupon for an old drug I take that is less than what my copayment is using my Medicare Rx plan! That’s a win.
Thanks, all!

If it's an app, it is collecting large swaths of data on you. Especially if it's a medical related app.

Mark Cuban's place beats them all for generic drugs.
