You may need to get a phono preamp if you're going to use a modern USB capture device with a vintage (say 80's or earlier) turntable. They aren't expensive. Check the documentation for the digitizer first though.

that review is two years old. current 60X referenced in this thread does have usb.
And in the review later on it is mentioned that there was a version of the AT 60 that does include USB for connecting to computers. The AT 60X probably was a consolidation of models so they weren't selling two different ones with almost identical features.
