Prosecutor's closing argument closed the deal and slammed the cell door shut. Hopefully, for life.

Jury was not impressed by Defense attorney's rambling argument at closing. 3-hour deliberation, and likely two of those hours were spent saying good-byes after a heavy trial, ending in a slam dunk for the State of South Carolina.

Sad affair all the way around.

is there a TL/DR version that has more info than what I already know:

I heard his wife and kid were found dead, and he was in some financial trouble. And lied about his whereabouts at the time of the murder.

did they find the gun? is this also the same guy who hired someone else to shoot him earlier?
