All COVID-19 Discussion GOES HERE
Update - while I felt fine when I woke up, I’ve been pretty tired today and needed an hour long nap.

Guess you finally got that immune response going. Bug and feature, I guess.

It’s hard to tell the difference between vax side effects and the normal response to running a kids soccer game.

Got my high-dose flu shot this morning at 11. So far, so good.

I’ll probably get mine in a week or so. More jabs. Sad

As we grow older we become human pin-cushions. As long as we're not sick human pin-cushions, I'm fine with that. Wink

I got both the flu and Covid shots last Tuesday. Same arm for both. The Covid was "Spikevax" which required a fair amount of reading the fine print on the papers they gave me to determine it is Moderna.

Every Covid shot I've gotten previously has kind of kicked my butt and this was the same story, although it seemed to take a little longer than the others to notice the effects. I got the shots at 5pm. Other than feeling more tired and groggy than normal, that was it until about 12 hours later. The next day I was achy and pretty miserable, although I didn't feel like I really had a fever (didn't check my temp).

About 24 hours of feeling lousy and then back to normal, so that was the same as the others, but I don't think I felt quite as lousy as the previous shots.

Oh yeah, my arm was sore for 2-3 days, but I consider that to be almost irrelevant.

Congrats on having a good immune system! I hardly noticed either vaccine which probably means my immune system mostly ignored them.

Got my microchip upgrade today. Came with three months of Disney+ and 10GB of data, so should be good up to Christmas.
