Law enforcement will do nothing that will create visuals which can be used by China, Russia, North Korea, etc. as propaganda. If Trump is sentenced to prison, it will all be very delicately handled. Don't get your hopes up for handcuffs, orange jumpsuits, or anything like that. He will be in a Club Fed, or more likely home detention.

The fact that our fellow citizens fell for his load of bullslit time after time is on them. As long as he's no longer able to peddle his lies we ought to be satisfied.

The groundwork he layed down is a real problem.

I would be happy to see him discreetly locked away. There will be plenty of time to decide whether he has any propaganda value for our side once the country has been restored to some kind of sanity.

What does the country then do with the detritus he leaves behind? There are something like 40-50 million people who were and are nuts enough to want to turn the US Government and all that entails over to this guy. He may leave stage left but they will still be there, just as deluded as ever with a fresh grievance over his exit.
