I just went to the wayback machine and managed to get vision63's email address out of it - I remember he was one of the rare ones to post his email without hiding it in his profile.

I was just going to ask if anyone could find him.

Edit: I also used Suzanne’s link to send her an email with the new landing page.
Her last post was before the site was really up, so I don’t know if she had an old bookmark or the new one.
Hopefully she will get the email and respond.

I kept clicking on the former site link for quite awhile before it finally occurred to me to do a search for MacResource. Maybe there are a few other slow learners who either are doing the same or have given up.

This bit right here.  Y'all were up and running for the better part of a week before Ye Olde Brane™ finally spawned a thought and I searched and found.  Some of us live and die by "Better late than never" because late is as good as we get.

I have been trying to get my account to work ever since the forum moved - nothing has helped to alleviate the permission error, and I was told I needed to create another account to PM Troy, so I finally did that… happy to be here, but looking forward to having my real name back!

I suspect a lot of people won’t want to negotiate all of this, but I hope to see everyone here someday.

I wish I could remember exactly what I did to get my original UN back. I do remember that the confirmation email to change my old PW showed up in my Junk folder other than that I'm blank. I did create a new ID but I'm not planning on using it now.
