Beef "Potato" Chips - good
#1
Just picked up a bag of these.

http://www.ohboyoberto.com/crisps.asp

A little spicy hot, but good.

Kinda like potato chips, but a way to add some protein to your crunching.

$2.99 a bag. 200 calories a bag and 52% of your RDA protein.

What's the carb count on those puppies?

and what part of the cow does the chip come from?

You need to ask yourself these questions before diving in to any new food.

Eat any lamb fries lately?

I think 0 carbs.

Hey, they eat like P chips, but at least they have protein, and are low in fat and cholesterol. I know, they sound awful, but lean cuts of beef are not bad for people.

I should see if they have any at the outlet store really close to me. Oberto is local, and used to sponsor an Unlimited hydro team, the U-8. My brother's boss was the team manager, and had lots of Allison hardware lying around the back of the tire shop.
