Polycarbonate scratches easily and will soften and lose its shape in the sun. Be careful getting sand in it or beaching it, though the scratches inside will be seen easier when in the water. A thin layer of cheaper acrylic for replaceable floorboards might be a good idea.
I've looked at those before and thought $1460 was too much until I saw this:
