I do see that RadioShark® has refillable CO2 cannister-type dusters -- are these better than the regular aerosol type? (They're probably better for the environment, but do they work as well?) Seems like it's averaging about $5/can for a 10oz. can of the regular type...

How about buying a small air compressor?
Something with a 1-3 gallon tank, perhaps somewhat quiet. Little consumer model. If you're worried about condensation, buy a filter/regulator for it at Harbor Freight.
